Role description:
The role is centered on ensuring the functionality of studios and products while maintaining game standards in line with company SLAs. Key responsibilities include training new team members, evaluating staff performance, and actively contributing to the company’s development through collaboration and process improvements. The supervisor addresses operational incidents promptly, assists the Shift Manager, and maintains effective communication across departments. Additionally, the role involves documenting team performance and challenges, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting efforts for ISO standardization and certification.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organization Matrix;
- Ensure the functionality of the studios;
- Respect and maintain the game standards imposed by the company;
- Acknowledge the table calls and solving them so that the game can be resumed as soon as possible;
- Report and log incidents and mistakes;
- Assist in the process of closing and opening tables;
- Up to date with all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies.
Requirements:
- Work experience: at least 1-year experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino Industry;
- Experience on a Supervisor position or in a management role is a plus;
- Seniority within the company: at least 18 months;
- Excellent knowledge of all games, internal procedures, and regulations;
- Technical background is a plus;
- High education background is a plus (University);
- Over 95% evaluations this year;
- Written and verbal communications skills Romanian/English (any other foreign language is a plus);
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Patience and understanding when working with people;
- PC skills (Operating PC, Microsoft Office).
