- Responsible for timely review of compliance requests from the business for global B2B and B2C marketing and promotional activities, in line with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in maintaining and updating detailed internal guidelines across multiple jurisdictions in a clear and consistent format, working with the Compliance Manager – Marketing and Promotions and other compliance teams where necessary to ensure accuracy of information.
- Keeping up to date with marketing and promotional regulations across multiple jurisdictions and escalate key developments to relevant stakeholders where necessary.
- Monitor marketing and promotional activities within the iGaming industry and feedback any learnings to the business.
- Aiding in the creation of training material and resources for teams on marketing compliance related topics.
- Help produce and maintain a comprehensive library of regulatory information regarding marketing and promotional compliance, tailored to suit the needs of the audience.
- Supporting with ad hoc work related to marketing and promotions compliance.
- Compliance experience within the iGaming industry with experience advising on marketing and promotional initiatives, ideally across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to support and manage multiple initiatives and communicate recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive individual.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to develop a broader understand of marketing compliance in a dynamic, commercial environment.
