- Act as the single point of contact for all Turkish-speaking employees throughout their onboarding and integration journey.
- Provide comprehensive guidance to new hires on frequently asked topics, including:
- Facilities and office setup
- Required documentation and local legal processes
- HR policies and procedures
- Accommodation assistance
- Cultural and practical information about Serbia
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Organize and facilitate
- Serve as a buddy for new employees.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure new employees deliver high-quality employee experience journey.
- Educate employees on maintaining the company’s Turkish community standards.
- Develop and continuously improve onboarding materials and training content.
- Collaborate with Shift Managers and Team Managers to support general inquiries.
- Suggest improvements to enhance employee experience and staff engagement.
- Proactively identify and resolve onboarding issues.
- Uphold company standards related to work discipline, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- Coordinate with health and safety authorities to ensure safe working conditions.
- Report any identified concerns or incidents to relevant stakeholders.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) & Turkish language fluency.

Experience in event coordination and incident handling.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in casino or customer service environments is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating new environments and providing logistical support to others.
